Encourage a “prototype” mindset

Innovation needs testing   This means you need something to test, even if it’s “just a prototype”.

A “prototype mindset” simply means not letting the perfect be the enemy of being good enough to test an idea.

When an innovation is brand new, people who have not been along with you on your innovation journey, need something that they can react to.

That is a prototype.
